  • Packages lost due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information.
  • Orders refused by the customer without prior communication.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, CLCharm will process the refund immediately.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact CLCharm customer support as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.
